About
Chef Marc has been creating Italian masterpieces for decades. Born in Upstate New York Chef Marc moved to Southern Florida at a young age and his family opened an Italian restaurant on Singer Island in 1973, where Marc first started cooking. Summers spent visiting Utica he was presented with an opportunity to train in one of the areas most prestigious Italian restaurants. In 1993 his family opened Classico's in Juno Beach, Florida where Chef Marc's menu and cutting edge concepts took the area by storm. Years later Chef Marc opened Marc's Seneca Inn, an instant hit leading the local culinary scene by introducing Wine Flights and as always a stellar menu. Marc's Chophouse in Palm Beach, Florida; Tenaya & Lake Mead here in Vegas; Marc's Italian Steak House; Mezzo; The unforgettable Parma; Novecento Pizzeria and now Chef Marc's Trattoria in Summerlin showcases some new recipes that have become legendary.
