VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I asked them to bring extra change a10 a 5 and 5 1’s (im in security and cant leave needed singles for a drink from vending machine was going to tip big) when i placed the order they didnt. When the driver showed up without change he didnt speak english so i had to call his manager to explain i needed change again. The whole time the manager was half listening and trying to get me off the phone. Havent eaten the food but know i wont be back.
I love the food but every time I call like in the afternoon it sounds like a young person or the owner don’t know and theybdont seem to care about their customer,they are rude and they don’t say thank you come on I am spending my money in your business and you are giving me horrible customer service WOW..last time for me and my family and friends.
I was lured in by the coupons but surprised by the quantity for the price. They even threw in extra egg rolls. Food came out fast and hot. Not the tastiest but comparable to most places in town. Only complaint was the moo shu pork wrappers were a little stale. Overall great place to grab cheap quick Chinese food.
