I was told that when I went to Las Vegas I HAD to have breakfast at the Cosmo hotel! I did , and it did not disappoint, a little expensive… But it’s Vegas what do you expect! The food was very filling and delicious!
Great place! A local introduced us and we are hooked! I recommend getting the garlic knots and the Philly cheesesteaks is amazing! We will be back on our next trip for sure.

Cosmos Ristorante Vegas. Tony Cosmo is not only a delightful host but you feel a calm zen when you walk in the door. The food is by far the best I’ve had in Vegas. He makes his own sauce the slow, old italian way, by stirring it for hours and hours and making sure its got the perfect taste. If not, he is known for throwing it out and starting from scratch. No wonder folks from the travel industry regularly frequent his place. If anybody knows good food spots, its the airline industry. Well, that said, go to Cosmos and sample his chicken parmesian or one of his angel hair pastas. You will not be disappointed. Try it for yourself and I guarantee you will be hooked like me. (smile)
