Out of chicken?. I am a fan of El Pollo Loco for grabbing lunch on the go. This location, however, is usually dirty and often out of chicken. I drive to the Eastern Ave location for better service.
Whoops…. My sister talked me into going here for old times sake (we moved to the midwest about 15 years ago). That was a mistake. Dry, bland (no, EPL, heat alone does not equal flavor), lifeless chicken, rice, and beans. Skip it.
