Average. The all you can eat Prime rib, man the meat is average. The service is good, the drinks – Margaritas are cheap. This is more of an emergency choice, or if you blew all of your money. There are many worse places out there for more money.
Great Prime Rib. I read a lot of reviews online trashing the Garden Grill from top to bottom, from the ambiance to the food to the service. I have to say that those reviews were either totally ill-informed, or these people were really hard to please. My girlfriend and I were staying in the Circus for a week and this is the first place we went to. We knew we were getting the all you can eat prime rib special so we went for it as well as a 10 dollar pitcher of Strawberry margaritas, which we thoroughly enjoyed. They have a drink server that gets your drinks set up, and a separate server for your meal. We ordered our specials and a short time later we received one medium and one medium well prime rib dish with a side of mashed potatoes and mixed fresh green beans. The beans were pretty good, the potatoes were great, and the prime rib was outstanding. The first serving they bring out is the ‘large portion’ of 16 ounces. I took that one down and was ready for another, but my girlfriend only wanted another serving of potatoes. The server obliged immediately and we had our second plates out within 5 to 10 minutes. Totally impressed. Very professional staff. Quick service. Great start to the vacation. We will be back at least one more time before our vacation is over.

My hubby & I went to the Circus Circus to gamble. We were hungry, decided to try The Garden Grill. Best club sandwich we’ve ever had. Bacon perfectly cooked, ham, turkey, jalapeo jack cheese tomato, lettuce, & some kind of chipotle mayonnaise. Absolutely perfect. Basket of hot, perfectly cooked fries. Coffee was fresh and hot. Good service too. Never had a club sandwich this good!
