Best One So Far. We’ve visited lots of Golden Corals and I think this one was the best. The food was good but I like the way they have the fresh fruit and vegetables out for you to see them and the employees chopping them up. The service was good and so was the food.
Horrible experience the sever didn’t bother to refill our drinks or even come by our table till we were about to leave. The food sub-pare very disappointed I have been going to Golden Corral for years and this was the worst experience ever. I think I’ll stick to the casino buffets
Incdets. First of all, my husband and I goes to Golden Corral restaurant in any days chance we can. We drive to Seattle from Kitsap county WA just to have GC food. And when ever we drive to our Vegas Vacation home we never miss stopping by to the GC restaurant Twin falls Idaho (our favorite branch). On December 2013, the GC restaurant opened a branch in Las Vegas which is only few minutes distance away where our snow bird vacation home address (we are lucky). So this year (2014) our first night in Las Vegas from long drive, we went to have a dinner at the GC restaurant Boulder city branch then another dinner the next night and another one at our fifth night. Today, we decided to go for lunch. The restaurant was not busy and we went straight to the front of the cash register while three people are pouring their selves a glass of drinks out the soda fountain. The cashier was sweeping the floor and we waited approximately two minutes before she went back to the cash register after the line filed up. The first thing she asked was have we poured ourselves a drinks yet. We answered that we only drink water (that is what it usually done – water or soda being poured into our glass on the table). She made us to go back to the soda fountain to pour ourselves a glass of water first before helping us. We went back behind the very end of the line because people behind us won’t allow us to get in to our spot back. We patiently waited because we are hungry but what we have noticed is she was not asking the rest on the line to pour their selves a drink before tending them. We did not confront the cashier but went home feeling sad and belittle. Is there a different rules between dinner and lunch on how we get our drinks?

They don’t answer the phones. I think it is a shame that you can’t even call someone at the register to find out what time the dinner service starts and what the feature is for the evening???
Golden Goodness. This location opened in late 2013. During our visit 1/21/14 we found the line was at the door but moved very fast. Our greeter was very polite and got us seated with precision and kindness. The buffet was busy but orderly. The sections are marked clearly but the different items were sometimes missing.For a town known for its buffet, GC was a step up from what the Casinos typically offer. Everything was fresh, the right tempature and plentiful. Our table attendant was quick to clear dishes and bring refills. I heard this location has over 200 employees, and 2 more locations coming soon in Vegas. Recommend and come hungry!
