Eat like a king on a peasant’s salary. The surrounding area sure looks dodgy but once inside you can eat like a king on a peasant’s salary. It’s more Korean (my preference) than Hawaiian and at least half the diners looked Korean. I tried a thickened broth noodle soup which came in a huge bowl stuffed with just about everything. It could easily have fed two. The soup came with a secondary soup which was just a bit spicy. And of course the main dish was preceded by traditional Korean appetizers. And boiled peanuts served as a pre-appetizer. The whole shebang set me back about $11.The guy who served me was really friendly, perhaps because I was a white guy ordering something very Korean. It seemed like him and his wife owned the place.

Best kalbi in town!!!
Amazing little restaurant. Great food and service, they make you feel like part of the Ohana. They start you off with boiled peanuts and sides such as Kim Chee, bean sprouts, even oyster sauce hot dog for the kids. Fried rice was great and so was the bulgogi.
Best cold noodle soup in town also great spam and egg sandwich. At real bargain prices
