Very casual place, service is not always good, but I give it 5 stars for their Beef Noodle Soup.******Beef Noodle Soup is a 5. Best beef noodle soup in town, you get a huge bowl of flavorful broth, tender pieces of beef, bok choy and cilantro.Everything else was meh. The pork and chive dumplings were ok, lots of chives in the filling. The dumpling skin is thick, like it was homemade.The beef roll was not good. It tastes different than other beef rolls I’ve had. They put cucumber in it, no hoisin sauce. And it didn’t even last 4 hours in the fridge, it got soggy quick. Yuck. Worst beef roll ever.Cheap prices, very casual location, definitely going back for the beef noodle soup.

The service was okay. The portions were a little below okay. So if you’re comfortable with paying about $10 a dish for okay food than this place is for you. I’m sure that better Taiwanese noodle houses exist. However, we did not have the time to hunt one down as we were on vacation. We do know how good noodles (and good food) should taste.

Best beef noodle. This place was highly recommended by another site, so we tried it. The broth was awesome, meat was tender and noodles perfectly cooked. Place is small, but clean. I will tell all my friends that they must try this if they love beef noodles. Will definitely come back on our next trip to vegas.
