NOW OPEN at Town Square! Pot Liquor is a contemporary American smokehouse, serving authentic southern style barbecue with a twist! In addition for having been voted Best BBQ by the Las Vegas Review Journal in 2015, Pot Liquor was also awarded the Las Vegas Review Journal Silver Medal for Best Catering in 2016! We provide catering for all occasions both on and off premise! And although BBQ is our specialty, we have provided dishes in the realm of Italian cuisine, an array of Asian style dishes, Latin inspired dishes, etc. We take on all requests! There is nothing that our culinary crew can't create for your event! The only unreasonable request is the one not asked!
