Horrible, horrible, horrible! The chicken wings were salty, the burgers were bland & burnt, the fries looked good but were aweful. The fries were so bad my 7 year old didn’t eat his. Our server was great & very nice but the food options were very limited & tasted aweful.
AVOID this place at all costs!! Service is nonexistent! Waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our order. We were only taken care of AFTER I flagged someone down. I waited over 25 minutes for a pizza that was prepared incorrectly. The second pizza came out ALSO prepared incorrectly!! By this time I’d waited well OVER 1 hour for the wrong pizza! I gave up and decided to eat what came out – I wax really hungry by this time. The pizza was glorified cardboard with tomato sauce! 2 other pizzas, other than mine, were brought out incorrectly to our table as well!! We watched one table of guests walk out as we were waiting for our food! We would have (should have) done the same except we were discussing business and could afford to wait. This place would be out of business if it weren’t subsidized by Tahiti Village. Denny’s is 20 times better than this place! If you want to eat at a decent restaurant., walk to Outback. You’ll be glad you did, trust me!
Bad idea turn around and go to some where else
We were there last week as we just arrived to the resort and didn’t feel like going too far for dinner. It was about 5pm and there were 6 adults and 2 kids. The restaurant had maybe 4 tables of patrons and so was quite dead. We were seated right away and waited..and waited..and waited and no one came to our table. I used to work in a restaurant and my brother in law who was there, is a manager at a restaurant and so we both have patience when going out to restaurants. But the fact that no one greeted us or seemed to care, was really disappointing, especially with 2 very hungry kids. So after 25mins we all got up and left. The hostess at the entrance said have a good night (even though she saw us walk in 25mins previously and didn’t even ask why we were leaving). My wife said that the service was poor and that no one came to our table. She didn’t say anything and didn’t apologize or try to get us to stay. The good news is, is that we went to Buffalo Wild Wings across the street and had a great dinner. We go to Vegas every year and won’t go back to Tahiti Joes again.
After arriving at the restaurant, the hostess said it was a 20 minute wait. Looking around the restaurant there were seven tables with people and 12 with no one. We asked why we had to wait, she said that there is a large group and that they were behind. After waiting 20 minutes, the hostess sat us at a table with menus. Another 15 minutes went by with no waitstaff acknowledging us so we got up and left. So I cannot rate the food since we did not have any but I can certainly rate the service and I will never go back again. What a poor restaurant to share the name with Tahiti Village. If this is a premier restaurant for their property, I would certainly discourage anyone staying here.
We were a party of 6. We waited 20 minutes to get seated. Then waited another 20 minutes(at least) being ignored. And they weren’t even busy. We finally walked out and went to Denny’s. Don’t waste your time or your money!
The music was way to loud and the service was slow The food for the price was average so I wouldn’t recomend this place.
