Inconsistent but usually very good. It’s difficult at times for a restaurant to maintain it’s integrity in it’s dishes due to changes in staffing and customers likes/dislikes…with that said in the past few years we’ve used XO we were always pleased…sure on certain occassions there was a burnt tasting orange sauce or a wor won ton that seemed to forget the wor–but we went back since they maintained enough consistency to warrant it..til today…ordered the lemon chix (always ordered it) since it lived up to the light crispy crust with moist white brst inside with a light tangy lemon sauce…opened the pckge and drew back…the crust was falling off the chix and it was too brown and the chix was overcooked–sort of like chix left in the fridge…called them and they apologized and took if off the bill with no problem…problem came when i was throwing away leftovers (i didn’t eat any of the chix) and discovered that their were almonds on it…i called them to mention they sent the wrong chix and they informed me that this was the way they served this dish since their opening–very wrong since i don’t like almonds in my food…they should google chinese lemon chix since all the sites i checked do not mention almonds at all in the recipe…manager shouldn’t have lied to me…i could’ve overlooked the mistake of the wrong chix–i can’t overlook being lied to by the mgr…am now looking for another chinese restaurant…ps…for those who kvetch about not having cash when they show up at the door–most of us know that if your going to use a debit/credit card you need to let them know when ordering…

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. I had the sweet and sour chicken lunch special. It was the worst sweet and sour I have ever had. The chicken was tough and dry, the breading was greasy (although that’s not too uncommon for Chinese), the worst part was the sweet and sour sauce. One bite and I didn’t want to eat any more. It also came with an egg roll which was just ok, not good but compared to my terrible chicken it was ok. The pork fried rice was also nothing great, not terrible but I wouldn’t want to eat it again.

I should have taken into consideration that on a Saturday at noon there were ZERO customers inside and two cooks and the hostess were all sitting eating their own lunch. The food was bad. The chicken was flavorless and over-cooked and the sweet and sour sauce was 90% sour and 10% bland. Panada Express beats this place!!
