Chop Chop Wok seemed very tidy and simple. I tried the Orange Chicken and Shrimp egg fu yong. Big portions food was average. So far since I’ve been in Vegas I’ve had okay Chinese food nothing that would make me dream. However, I would choose Chop Chop Wok before going somewhere else.
