Don’t bother!. My raves were excessively salty and the sauce was very greasy. My husband had spaghetti and meatballs- almost couldn’t find them they were so small! I’m not sure this establishment really knows what real Italian food tastes like. Expensive for what you receive. Go elsewhere!
As someone who appreciates a great meal and hospitality, I cannot say enough! This family owned and operated business LOVE what they do and it shines through in the entire experience. The food is full of love and TASTY. The service is awesome. A must while in Tahoe.
Good service and food, but it was not worth the 1&1/2 hour wait from ordering to get our food! Be warned- entrees are $25 and up and side salads are $12 and up. Also, this establishment is not young children friendly because of the long wait for food, which is typical we were told.
Very tasty food. I agree with another reviewer that there should be freshly grated Parmesan cheese provided for. We did get warm faccacia bread with oil and balsamic vinegar. My pet peeve, and this goes for any restaurant. Please make fresh brewed iced tea, not the stuff from the soda pump.

WOW ! great food…even better people !. Really fun place….very good food…fantastic food ! This place was recommended by the concierge…which is usually a guaranteed lousy meal….but….was also recommended by the hilarious bartender..Serena…from Cayote Grill.The service was fun an excellent..from the terrificly charming hostess….to her brother that did an excellent job providing menu suggestions…clever repartee…without overwhelming.The food was perfectlly cooked….with amanzing tortilla soup..yup….tortilla soup in an Italian restaurant…how cool is that ??An excellent dinning experience….in a family owned establishment…staffed by the family….demonstrating professioinalism…care…and a great time !
