as local I also have to be flexible. Those of you who are nice enough to read my opinions on this site know I’m I’m strictly a local guy. however I had business downtown so I decided to stop at what are the eateries on Fremont Street Coney Island chili dogs. located at the entrance of The D Casino and Hotel nice quaint place. I had the American special and in Coney Island chili dog both were good and I also had the chili fries little bit more than what I expected all around nice place to come down even for us locals
Terrible Service. The service here is terrible. They guy didn’t put our order in right the first time. I asked for a receipt after getting the right order and he printed off the wrong one. They also add a mandatory tip even tho it’s not a full service restaurant. Don’t come here unless you’re really drunk and there are not other options for food.
They serve a good , traditional, tasty hot dog for a reasonable price 24/7. Day shift staff members were extremely polite and service was quick. Nothing fancy going on but for a quick, tasty meal on Fremont Street, this is the place. Enjoy!
Not so great dog.. Stopped in and was greatly disappointed. got dogs taste like oversized Vienna sausages. chili was a little bland. almost $20 for two hot dogs and two fries I expected a lot more.
Went here with a friend. We both ordered Coney dog. I pay extra money for heavy chili and heavy onions. We get the hot dogs and there is no difference at all. What a rip off.
The food is fresh and hot off the grill. Great place for a quick lunch
Really good chili. While browsing Fremont St. stopped in for a dog.Friendly, hard working counter ladies.Ate our dogs there.Dog itself, pretty good. It’s the chili that makes it almost great! Midwest style, not hot, but creamy. Spiced perfectly, meat not greasy.Had similar in St.Louis .Next time, I might just have a dog & a bowl of that chili.
