Great and unique burger joint on the strip. The concept is simple: make a great burger and top it with distinctive Asian condiments and flavors. I had the Tamago Burger which was covered with tons of crispy onions, furikake and an egg fried over-medium. Well made and very flavorful. The Jazz Fries were the star of the meal though, covered in what tasted like a Japanese mayo and a Japanese barbecue sauce. A nice change from the usual burger choices here.
Husband and I fell in love with Fukuburger at the Foodie Festival. Not much of a food truck person (don’t like to drive in 100 degrees looking for dinner) so I was excited to see a stand alone location at the Linq. The portion size seems smaller though at this location (see my pics). Otherwise, I still love the flavors.
