We had breakfast at this resto yesterday. The menu looks promising, but the food we eventually received was overpriced and mediocre. The worst part of the experience was the extremely slow service. Our waitress took 15mins to take our order. Never checked in on us once, and it was clear she wasn’t going to as we watched her other frustrated customers waiting for her for a variety of things. As we left, one of their friendly hostesses asked us how everything went. The manager was standing next to her at the time and as we told her how bad it was he said nothing. We won’t be going back.
Food was great but service was poor. We waited nearly 15 minutes to be waited on and another 15-20 minutes to receive our check because the male server was too busy flirting. I am willing to give them a second chance but if the same problem occurs, the manager will be notified.
Never again. We were in Vegas recently for a cheer comp. and thought this would be a great place to celebrate my sons birthday. We got the bean burgers which were wonderful. The fries however were barely warm, which was more than likely because our server forgot we were even there when a larger group came in. There were 5 of us, I guess not large enough to worry about. It ruined the atmosphere when not one of the servers were in any kind of costume and I felt just this side of being rude. The one saving grace was that the hostess put our son in a chair in the middle of the room and sang him a song in celebration. He was thrilled but I will never go back there again.
Most Disgusting Food. My husband and I ended up trying the Roxy’s Diner when checking in to our hotel at the Stratosphere (worst hotel ever btw). The shakes were amazing but the food itself was disgusting. Right when it arrived to the table it smelled like the food was microwaved. Worst experience.
Has it ups (food!) and downs (sometimes service). I went twice with a family of 6. Our first experience had great food and service. The portions were HUGE and our waitress was very sweet and attentive. Second time out waitress was terrible. The food is good. If anything try the white chocolate raspberry pancakes or any omelet.
I’m a little surprised at some to the reviews here. I just finished breakfast at Roxys and loved it. Had a California omelet with smoked turkey. Very fresh avocado and crispy hash browns. Really enjoyed it and would come back tomorrow.
I went here for sadies back in feburary. It was okay, but not the best burger ever. The onion rings are not good though, very chewy. I will not be back, even though the singing and 50s style was different and cool.
