Seared Foie Gras. Foo14 Feb, 2015I really wanted to like this restaurant. I agree with many other reviewers that the food is great; compliments to the chef, but the service was subpar. The head server was a no show. The service needs to match the level of the food.
There are better expensive dinners in Vegas. If you want to spend a lot for a dinner, there are many options. Ordered a salad that I never got. Every waiter speaks with a terrible french accent that you can’t understand. The only good part is the view.
Beyond Awesome!. Amazing views, service and food! Go for the tasting course, it is beyond awesome. Great seafood and steaks! Alize is far superior when compared to the poor service and overpriced Paris Eiffel tower competitor.
Wonderful. I came with a wedding party, and when I saw the endorsement from Julia Child as soon as I walked in I knew it was going to be a good night. Course after course the food kept getting better, the wine and champagne was spot on, and the view was simply amazing. The carpaccio was so amazing it literally turned a vegetarian into a carnivore that very night! An absolute must for anyone visiting the strip.
We came for dinner last night, and the food was great and the view cannot be topped! It is expensive but so worth it! We will be back next time we are in Vegas!

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary here and it was perfect. Get a table by the window if possible… The view is stunning and sooo worth it. Food and service are impeccable. Good wine list. Definitely a favorite!
