My beautiful one has been eyeing this place for a couple of months. We drive by it everyday. We finally had a chance to stop in. It was a perfect complement to our lazy Saturday. We started small and ordered the Rib and Chicken combination with a side order of sauteed vegetables. The ribs where tender and they have about three choices of sauce . The chicken was grilled to a moist juicy taste. The ribs and the chicken melted in our mouths. The combo came with a nice fresh green salad sprinkled lightly and perfectly with the salad dressing. The saute vegetables were moist and delectable it also comes with tortilla bread. When you walk in you can immediately see the ribs and the chicken wings being grilled. This is another one of those Las Vegas gems.

Salad & Ribs are amazing. Me and my husband visited Nevada Chicken Cafe for first time. We were very impressed of the look of the restaurant. I ordered the Cobb Salad and my husband ordered the Ribs. I have to tell you it was one of the best meals we had. The salad was so nice and Fresh and the Ribs was cooked Fresh from the Grill. We simply loved it…Good job..We will tell our friends. Loved it.

Chicken Anyone?. The grilled chicken is tastier than the rotisserie chicken but the rotisserie wins on the juicy front. Nice selection of sides and salsa bar. I didn’t try the ribs but the look like they mean business. Ice cold beer completes the experience.
They Do Chicken!!. Nevada Chicken Caf catered my companys Christmas Party and man did they bring a TON of food.They do Chicken-rotissere-grilled chicken-a little dry compared to El Pollo Loco but good non the less.They also had ribs which were VERY tough & dry.Definitely would NOT do the ribs again.The side were a little bland & boring-mac-n-cheese,some orange looking rice and salads.They have great prices so it may be worth checking out again when its NOT catered but made to order.02 Nov, 2008GREAT GRILLED CHICKEN.
