Unfortunately Chef Geno Bernardo left Nove Italiano and I believe that quality has decreased. My fianc and were regulars but the love the Chef Geno infused into the cuisine is no longer present. Our favorite waiter Gerry Bacon still provides the most exceptional service in Vegas. We love you Gerry!
Great food, spectacular view. So fabulous! My friends and I bought a really neat deal off of Travelzoo that included a 4 course meal and drinks at Nove as well as no cover for 3 of the clubs. I really enjoyed dinner at Nove. Since we all got to choose what we would have for our courses, we also got to sample each others’ food that we probably would not have tried on our own. I was impressed by everything that I ate, including some dishes that I normally would not eat. The service was pretty good, but the view was even better. Since the Palms is off the strip, you have a really cool panoramic view of the whole strip as you move around the restaurant.
I came to Nove because a friend brought me. We had a mix of apps -Calamari was very good, pizza ok. To compound the calories, we had the ravioli and filet, both prepared well. Modern atmosphere.
Recommended me a seafood dish at a italian resturaunt????. When I go to a steakhouse I get steak, when I go to a seafood restaurant I get seafood, and when I go to an italian restaurant I get italian food. So why when I went to Nove they offered me a seafood dish? And second when the waiter pushes the most expensive dish on you I don’t think their opinion about their favorite dish was very truthful. I just felt maybe he was just trying to get the check average up. Food was nothing special. Check my review on Rao’s more detail about comparison of traditional and italian fusion restaurants.
First class dining without the snobby attitude. The fish was perfection, as was the pasta. Come hungry and expect leftovers, like most places in Vegas, the portions are large.
Very unpredictable. I have been there 4 times and the 2 first times were good, the 2 last times not as good. Many better and safer choices in town. Still, better food than Lavo if you are looking for a trendy Italian. Ago at Hard Rock is also a pretty good choice.
Mediocre food, way overpriced. Nice views. Would never go back.
