Once was enough. Had a very disappointing $200 dinner at Pasta Mia. Serving was depressingly slow. The restaurant was nearly empty and we sat there staring at our salad plates for half and hour. My daughter liked the scampi but a couple things let me down.I asked for pitcher of water and was told they can’t do that. Can’t leave a pitcher of water at a table? Give me a break. I asked if they had a carbonara – the waitress had never heard of it. Never mind. I ordered the simplest of things myself – spaghetti – and the dish was strictly Chef Boyardee. Tepid tomato sauce of mediocre to open a can skill.Not going back for love or money.
