The atmosphere was wonderful. The waiter was very attentive. The food on the other hand was horrible! Bring your own salt, because that don’t add any. Everything was bland.

First time eating at this restaurant. After seeing the rating and reading some of the reviews I was hesitant and expected mediocre food. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience. The service was great! The Cajun food tasted authentic and was well spiced. The serving sizes are huge. It is a little spendy, but I thought it was well worth it. Excellent experience! I’ll definitely be back!

This venue possesses a jazz infused sophisticated atmosphere. The waitstaff was professional and knowledgeable. My water was never past half full due to their diligent expediters. My two dishes, the seafood sampler and the N’awlins seafood delight, were both delicious. The highlight of the sampler, in my opinion, was the alligator tail and the rose sauce. The seafood delight was distinguished by the Cajun alfredo sauce. Overall, my entire party had a pleasant experience. A++

One word. Horrible. First. They made us wait with tons of tables open like we were waiting in line at a club. Next. We were sat next to the most excruciating group of people. This wasn’t the restaurants fault as it was plainly obvious when this group rolled in they had no class. ( use your imagination *loud). The waitress was nice. We ordered the sampler an appetizer. It wa so so. I had shrimp creole. I could cook a better dish while having the flu. Mediocre at best. I could have swore that I saw the same dish as an uncle bens instant meal. Waitress forgot my friends Salad. And they forot the hush puppies which was supposed to be with the bread. Overall. 3.5 out of 10. Will never go back and I suggest you spend your hard earned money at taco bell instead.

Definitely not Southern or Soul! No self respecting Southerner would serve gator tail with an Asian dipping sauce or catfish with no flavor and bland, no-taste tarter sauce. Southern & Soul food menus also do not include Asian salads or pizza. BORING, BLAND food & mediocre service. Save your money eat the filet-o-fish at McDonalds, at least it has flavor!!!!

Sunday Dinner. We went to this restaurant last week and it was good. Good service, good food a nice experience. We went there a week and a day later and it was terrible! Bad service, waiting and waiting for the watress to come back, no bread when we sat down and the haddock smelled and had a spoiled taste to it. We also ordered the filet medium and it came out rare so it was sent back to cook to medium. 10-15 minutes later it came back well done. I wanted to make this a place I went to every two weeks but the food and service were so disappointing I don’t want to go back!

Hands down the worst restuarant experience I have had in many many years. After spending $140 we left hungry. We ordered the all you can eat crab legs we were brought out plate after plate of slimy brown over cooked odds and ends of crab pieces. After the 2nd or 3rd plate we asked the server to bring us some actual crab clusters. We thought the first few plates we might have been unlucky and gotten the bottom of the box but after letting the server therefor the kitchen know and we continued to get bad crab. The manager stopped by and made up a few half assed excuses about it but agreed that the crab looked bad and was overcooked. After 5 plates we gave up paid our tab and left. it’s a shame we wanted to have another glass of wine and dessert but I couldn’t bring myself take the chance. This was my second trip to RK and the first was absolutely terrible but I wanted to like this place so I gave it another chance boy was I wrong. Don’t waste your money here. 2 very very bad experiences.
