Disapointed diner from vegas. Came there sunday and ordered 2 pastrami combos and a large parmesan fries..it’s a rip off!!! I was overcharged almost $7.00..The food is not worth the price..and fries is awful!!!.never again.!!! My verdict at this place…C-.
So awesome everybody should try this place! Best pastrami on the entire west coast. Well worth the using for the cheat day. XD
Service food. Wow never again. $42.00 and it sucked. The employee really didn’t want to be there. this was Sunday night at about 5:00pm. Toast was burnt, pastrami was tough and full of fat.
First time visit – Interesting Visit. While here in Vegas working at a client site the client told me I had to try Sammy’s. I enjoy local stuff so I agreed.My impression of this place is that had someone else not been driving I wouldn’t have stopped. I would have missed it or thought that I was going to the wrong place.The inside is tiny, four tables total.I was greeted by the guy and the client ordered for me. Ordering me the double Pastrami burger and onion rings.Normally I’m not an onion ring sort of person, they’re generally to greasy or just unappetizing. These were a pleasant surprise they had a light flavor, a little heavy on the grease but not to bad.The Pastrami burger was huge, sadly or luckily depending on your view, most of the Pastrami fell into the basket which I ate later.All in all it wasn’t a bad meal, I’m not sure how i feel about the price of it though. We ended up dropping forty bucks there for essentially three burgers and large onion rings.I’d recommend this place to try just once, but I don’t think if I lived here it would be a staple of my dining list.
As soon as we walked in the owner was being a prick and he was very rude to us the whole time I would highly recommend not eating here bc of that ! He also complained about us being a medium sized group.
Lousy service. Went to sammys on decatur saturday night 9;30 employee yelled before we even got out of the car we are closed twice, called in order sunday they said 20 minutes arrived employee was on the phone totally ignored us finally got off the phone came to the window ask what we wanted told we called in order it was not ready so we waited finally got food i almost did not get it because he did not have on gloves i brought it to his attention instant attitude my boyfriend got the food and we left finally checked out the sandwich it was awful the meat tasted old the bread was stale .i was looking forward to the corned beef sandwich but was greatly disappointed.
