  WARNING!! HEALTH HAZARD!! Wow! Filthy dirty rude staff and filthy dirty place all together! I really can’t believe what just happened. Ok, so, I walk in to get a bagel (which btw are subpar at best). I ask for a bagel with cream cheese! That’s it! 20 min wait lol! The staff was so rude and unwelcoming, especially there useless goateed, pony tailed guy with his hairy blubber belly sticking out of his filthy dirty shirt, he actually, right in front of me dropped a lid off a cream cheese container, it fell on he floor cheese side down and he bent over to pick it up and put it back on the container! It just fell on the floor! Omg! I was flawed! Not only could I not believe he did that but I also couldn’t believe that this waste of a person bent over and showed the crack of his filthy A**! As I walked out I told them I will never be back and they responded! Good we don’t want you back! No joke Brooklyn Bagels is a disaster and sickly place, it’s only a matter of time they go out of business! I will be calling the healthy department on them for a full investigation! Boy did they mess with the wrong guy. Don’t believe any of the good review and please don’t waste your time at this pig pit of a place they have the nerve to attach the word Brooklyn to! It should be called, the Brooklyn Dump. Honestly I was sick to my stomach watching the dirt bag crew of filth walking around. They can’t clean themselves why would they keep the place clean. Rude and disgusting!

Bad Customer Service – Owner, paula very put out when I asked her to slice our bagels and toast them. NOT HAPPY WITH THEM AT ALL. AVOID this place unless you like crappy service.

  Great Bagels. Brooklyn bagel is a place where everyone is friendly,the bagels are GREAT! Jennifer has been there for many years and her customer skills are great!she will make you feel right at home. I frequent Brooklyn Bagel on Green valley because of people like her,besides im from the east coast and havent found a bagel anything close than these!

  4, May 2016 update: I previously reviewed this deli when it was under prior ownership and cannot say much has improved in the interim. On entering we found a small line up of people ordering, but only a few tables occupied. Based on short stay, most of their business was for takeout. My wife ordered what turned out to be a mediocre tasting coffee and a (smallish) toasted cinnamon bagel that we shared. The bagel was just okay. None of the unoccupied tables had been recently bused and none of the employees seemed to care.Not a Brooklyn bagel. We chose toasted blueberry bagels with cream cheese. The bagels were okay though I would be surprised if anyone from NY would have been pleased.

  Like it. I have only been for lunch, i always get a sandwich on a toasted bagel. they have always been good…lettuce and tomato is always fresh. no complaints and i will definitely be back. i always go to the one in Green Vally.

  Was a favorite for the last 3 years… The owner is a nice guy, but the place is dirty and has bugs. :(12 Nov, 2008Great breakfast!. From full breakfast to just a bagel this is one of the best places for lunch in the area.

  LUV IT!!!. I Go there 5 days a week and they start making it when they see me get out of my Car.. They are the nicest. I’ve been going for over 8 years and my kids always ask when I can take them. Much Much better priced than the other guys in the parking lot..
