  TERRIBLE! First off its so loud you can’t hear yourself think. You have to pay $15 just to sit down at a table. The piano player holds the music request cards hostage until you PAY him to play the song you want. Why have request cards if you are just gonna force someone to pay you to play a song?! Then the waitress completely ignored our table after we got our first round of drinks. My friend went up to her to ask about ordering another round and she gave him such attitude. After asking her on 3 different occasions to order drinks he finally talked to a manager which didn’t do anything and gave him more attitude than the waitress. He assumed we were trying to get free drinks but all we wanted was to place another order and PAY for it. He was such an a$$ about it so our table of 7 just got up and left. We would have stayed a long time and racked up a decent bill and the waitress could have gotten a good tip from us but they chose to keep the stick in their butts and treat us lower than dogs. I will never go there again. It was a terrible experience. If you don’t like people than they should seriously reconsider getting out of the service industry. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO WITH ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Great atmosphere. My friends and i spent st. patrick’s day here. The dueling pianos were great and the atmosphere was wonderful!
