Beijing Noodle make authentic hand spun noodles at Caesars Palace. Relative to other options, this place is pretty good. Bright white decor and an inviting space, the food is bold and flavoursome. I tried the chicken and corn soup which was very good and the Sichuan Pork Noodles which definitely packed some heat. Overall, a good value meal and worthwhile experience.

This was AWFUL. Overpriced and non tasty chinese food. Do yourself a favor, eat elsewhere. Not good at all. The shame is this is so close to a food court, that anything would have been better.

Eat here! Price point for this quality of food cannot be beat. Excellent service and entertaining to watch the chefs hand make noodles while you eat. The variety of menu items we tried: lamb spring rolls, noodle dishes, dumplings- everything was hot, fresh and not greasy. J

Reasonably priced Chinese food in a major hotel on the Vegas strip. We were able to walk in at 930 pm on a Saturday nite. Service was brusque but very quick. The menu has the typical wide selections and of course the noodles are the highlight. The decor was stark white with cut outs in the wall, did not seem conducive to a meal.

Located on the main ground floor of Caesar’s Casino, close to the registration desk. The restaurant features very extensive selection of traditional Chinese dishes, including large selection of noodles-based dishes. When you order food, you get a choice of using pre-made noodles, or asking for the noodles freshly made right in front of your eyes – similar bad experience as traditional sushi restaurant. I had seafood noodle soup Shangai style, and it was delicious – perfect amount of spice, not too salty, flavorful broth, honest amound of seafood with fresh shrimp and scallops. Also had a selection of Mochi for dessert – delicious, especially the red bean (vanilla and green tea were excellent too). All in all, excellent meal at a very reasonable price for the prime Las Vegas casino. Service was friendly and helpful.Definitely recommended. talk-a-vino.com

Worth going for the entry way and decor alone. Massive goldfish tanks in the front and hypnotizing wall features will keep you entertained while you wait for your food. You can also watch the cook hand stretch the noodles that will eventually (hopefully) be yours.Good selection of dishes. We had the green onion pancakes as an appetizer, which I don’t see on a lot of menus.

Worst food ever!! I love Asian food. It was mediocre to awful all 7 dishes we ordered. Brisket noodle soup north had zero flavor, tough flavorless dumplings, mixed veggies was only bok choy. On a scale of 1-10 it’s a 1!!! Stay away. You’ll be very very disappointed.
