Felt like a change from the usual Italian & American fare and decided to check out the food options at the Cosmopolitan since we are staying here. Turned out to be a great choice! Service was good & attentive. Our waiter was changed halfway through service & I preferred the second waiter more as he made himself more available than the first.We ordered a variety of things so we could try out more dishes. The standout dishes for me was the wagyu beef tongue with truffle (the tongue just melted in your mouth & the truffle complimented the dish well, salmon sashimi & miso soup (with freshly created miso paste & you stir it into your soup) an interactive dish where you watch the clear soup transform into miso soup. Prices seem rather reasonable, I highly recommend trying a few things to share. I had a pretty good dining experience here, if you are around the area
