Run, don’t walk, away from this restaurant. Terrible food…terrible service. Went with 10 girls for a birthday. Service sucked. Atmosphere was so boring it was painful. Fish was bland and dry. Steak was cold. Drinks were slow. Managers were non existent. We walked into that place as 10 hot girls ready for a night out in Vegas and left half asleep and hungry for good food. Trust me, it’s that bad. Don’t go.
Not worth it. Service was awful. You would expect the prices you our paying and being part of the Wynn it would be much better. Our food was Luke warm. We badly saw our waiter. He never asked us for dessert and we had to ask someone else for the check. We will never go back.
Mediocre, but better than getting in a taxi and going somewhere else.. There were some problems with our food (the sauce on the fish was too sweet, the meat was overdone), and the sommelier recommended a wine that we thought was exactly what we had told him we didn’t like, but the staff made every effort to correct what was wrong (and did not charge us for the wine). Overall, a nice experience, and probably better than anywhere else we could have gone in or out of the hotel.

Fresh ingredients. We had a wonderful dinner at Botero a couple of weeks ago. Fabulously fresh raviolis to start and amazing halibut. Everything on the menu looked wonderful. Comfortable chairs and hip build out with an extensive wine list that makes it hard to choose.
Definitely recommend. Service was outstanding (Jennifer – couldn’t have been better – we had a flight to catch and she kept us on track), my rack of lamb was great, wine list impressive. All around excellent evening.
Over Rated. Had 3 dinners and 1 lunch. Like too many strip restaurants the role of the host is given over to attractive but vapid, barely post pubescent girls. Is it too much to ask for an adult to offer a gracious greeting to guests spending upwards of $100 per person for a meal? The only thing consistent about the service is that it is sporadic. The food is just ok. The room and particularly the patio are beautiful – particularly on a non Tryst night.
