Burger Bar in the Shoppes at Mandalay Bay Las Vegas is exactly that. A full style bar in decor, with an extensive list of burger/topping/bun combinations to choose from. On this visit I had the kobe wagyu burger which was cooked to spec and extremely tasteful. Service was mediocre so my rating is reflected with that in mind. I would recommend this eatery if you are on this side of the Vegas strip in search of a burger
