Steak and fish were way over cooked. I asked for medium cooked steak and got well done. Steak was tuff. Food doesn’t come with any sides. Very expensive and a waste of money

We ate here a couple days ago. Our steaks were fantastic, cooked perfectly and very flavorful. The stuffed potato side dish was massive and very yummy (as long as you love melted cheese)! Service was prompt, helpful, and polite. We’d definitely return.

I’ve never been disappointed in a restaurant enough to write a review till now. The portions were terrible. Payed fifty dollars for a steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Received a so par over cooked steak and a tablespoon of mashed potatoes.I actually spent a couple minutes staring at the plate because i was waiting for the sides to come out. It was at that moment my wife pointed out the sides were actually on the plate under the steak. You have a better chance of walking away from vegas a millionaire then walking away from center cut actually full.

No lobster in the Mac and cheese, uncooked scallops, everything was cold and my fianc chipped a tooth on the prime rib.

Service bad= had to ask after 30 min whys table wasn’t ready in 10 as promised. Only to find several other open tables nearby. Food = Sea bass was awesome. Cream corn w:bacon and jalapeo was overpriced but decent. Waiter was knowledgable but not enough checks during dining. Restroom is far away in Casino.

Centre cut reminds me of what would happen if a sports bar owner decided he wanted tiger into fine dining without ever having a fine dining experience. While the food itself was quite good here are a few faults that I would consider ‘obvious’: the menu refers to a crust on their prime rib in the menu, which is actually a pairing of herb infused oil and horseradish cream on the side (e.g. The dish is completely mislabelled); the waiter put the side of potatoes gratin, in a hot cast iron casserole dish, awkwardly far from the main with no acknowledging it was hot -Had I not waited to move it I probably would have been burnt; the atmosphere is not a refined one -t.v.’s on the walls, generic decor, etc…; the lobster bisque when served poured out in globs at points as a skin had formed on the top of the soup itself (e.g. Bisque not potted to order); the buns served early seemed to be almost moist on the bottom, almost as if they had been steamed to reheat them. On the plus side the lobster bisque had a nice sweet tang to it from added sherry, and the steak was prepared perfectly; the horseradish (when you ask for it) is nice and pungent, while the au jus on the side was a nice touch as opposed to having the steak swimming in it.All together I would not fault the taste of the food at all, but considering the price point I think you can expect a little less devil in the details. Unfortunately as this was the only steakhouse I tried I cannot recommend an alternative, but Bouchon Bistro was an overall better experience in every way and near the same price point.

You’re kidding me, right?. We ate here last week before seeing a show at the Flamingo. It was over $400 for 4 people. Only 2 glasses of wine were ordered. The prime rib was chewy and overcooked. The french onion soup tasted like a bowl of salt. They charge for WATER. I am not someone who will bat an eye at spending $100 on a nice dinner, but this is the last place I would ever do it again. You could eat virtually anywhere on the strip for less than this and get a far superior meal.
