AWFUL!The decor in this place is very nice, loved that and it’s sign was pretty (ha, I know!)The service though, one of the WORST I’ve ever experienced. The food was OK but I can barely remember it due to the appalling experience of the service!Firstly they tipped up our coffees with tea from their pot after us asking about 3 times for refills, which was then done with an eye roll from our rude server. We the told her about it and she proceeded to basically call us liars and that they don’t fill their pots with tea.I’m English, trust me, I know the difference between tea and coffee. I realize mistakes happen but to ignore them, roll your eyes and then deny them and not apologize is NOT cool. The whole meal from then on was a disaster and the server was one of the most awful people to ever be in customer service of any kind. We eventually tried to get the managers attention but apparently she was dealing with a similar complaint with another table. We could see other tables getting annoyed and also waiting for attention from someone because the service was just THAT bad.Go anywhere else but here.
Ate there at 5:30 in the morning. Why the hotel’s buffet doesn’t open at 5, I have no idea. Bacon was great, potato skins were dryyyyy. Service was good for 5:30am
A place to mop up your drunken-ness at the end of the night. Open 24 hours, it has all the right ingredients for that type of place: grease and alcohol. The foods actually pretty good. Well executed and nice service. The drinks were weak.
Had a Frisco melt and it tasted amazing! Thousand island dressing, two patties and sourdough bread (I think). It was delicious. We came here at about 9pm and it wasn’t packed at all but the service was horrible. We got out food and finished it before anyone even came back to check on us. Wasn’t happy about that, but will give them another shot because the food was so good.
At Citizens, I received one of the worst services ever. Food was great but the person who helped me and my girlfriends was so rude. She helped us two days in a row. 1st day, I figured she was having a bad day. But then the 2nd day she dared to call me the C*** Word and my friends the B**** word. When I confronted her she said she did not mean it in a rude way. How can you not mean it in a rude way!? I know my friends can get a little rowdy but that’s no excuse to treat me that way. We were there yesterday. It was my last day in Las Vegas for my bridal shower, and it was awful. She couldn’t even answer my questions about the menu. Couldn’t even fully enjoy my food. I am not one to write reviews, but this is something that had to be shared. She didn’t even give me her name when I asked her. I had to ask one of the other girls. Her name was JESSICA, I couldn’t wait for a manager since we had to catch a flight back to new York that morning. But this needs to be heard and I hope the restaurant does something about it. I will not be disrespected like that with no consequence.
The food is woefully under seasoned. The coffe reminds of a cheap dinner. The quality certainty doesn’t match the price. The service was polite and fast and attentive.
This place was amazing, friendly bartenders, amazing Bloody Mary’s and good food
