They got rid of their cute little bags. :-(That is not cool, honestly, the bags and the cronuts were the best things about this place. On a happier note, they are now open 24 hours. Woo-hoo! Do you ever have a craving for a cronut at 2am? Then come here! Do you know how awesome it is to get that craving, then be able to come here and get a cronut? It is insanely awesome. It is so awesome, that I’m willing to forgive the cheap paper bags and the other inferior pastries and give them 5-stars…. well, almost. I dropped 1.5 star because prices are ridiculously high, way too high for the sub-par quality of the pastries. Their cronuts are good, I don’t know if they’re $5 good, but that hasn’t deterred me from buying them. 🙂 However their cupcakes are mediocre at best and they have that nasty vegetable shortening taste in their frosting and they are super sweet. I got their huge cheese danish for $5 and it was stale and the dough had a yucky almond flavor to it. Their donuts are not that great. However I love the place because it’s open 24-hours! Viva Las Vegas. And their cronuts and adorable little cakes are delicious. Bring back their cute bags and I might bump it up to 4.5 stars!
