Food was good if not great. Wine selection was very extensive, if somewhat overpriced, but hey, it’s Vegas Baby. Great staff. Well trained and nice, I’d go back.

D.O.C.G. is MUST try!. I had the opportunity to eat at D.O.C.G. with a large group, and we ended up ordering and sharing man dishes family style, luckily! The appetizers we had (Panetta wrapped Prawns, Beef Carpaccio, Meat and Cheese plate, Marguerite and Prosciutto Pizzas) were all delicious, but the standout was the Prawns. Amazingly flavorful, and yes, the head was still on.Entre’s were the Veal Chop (Perfectly cooked and delicious), Pici (thick stubby spaghetti with a braised duck and truffle sauce) and NY Strip (fantastic). The Pici was the absolute star off the show, a fantastic sauce, not too truffle-y but enough to enhance the richness of the braised duck. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the wine, but it was a delicious match to the food.I would certainly go back, an absolutely delicious meal in a casual space, that even with our group never got too loud.

Good food, typical Strip pricing. My pizza at DOCG was very good – fresh ingredients, good crust. Perhaps a tad undercooked, but nothing major. You’re paying inflated Strip prices at places like DOCG, but that’s to be expected, and for the Strip the prices aren’t all that bad. The desserts here are nothing to write home about – I’d skip those. Good espresso, good servers, nice place to eat before a show.

NY Quality Pizza. DOCG served us some wonderful appetizers, but the real delight was the authentic Neapollitan pizzas. Not quite Motorino, but this pie was great and so was the service. After spending a few days in the rat hole called Caesar’s Palace, it was a lovely change of place to visit DOCG in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. Kudos. mainlinepizzaquest.blogspot.com

Caprese, scallops and panna cotta. Hands down, the best meal I have had in Las Vegas.

Just ate really yummy pasta and really tasty pizza at D.O.C.G BUT had the worst wait staff ever. Who the heck cleans your table with a dishrag while you are eating? Why put oil on the table to only have us ask for bread 4 times! Don’t ask Lexi if she wants another drink? How my food is? Your staff is horrendous!

An experience to remember. The atmosphere in D.O.C.G is cozy rustic italian style. Our server was fabulous, and her menu suggestions were spot on. We enjoyed appetizers (beef carpaccio that was divine and fried sausage stuffed green olives that were a delicious surprise)), pasta course (cavatelle with homemade sausage and broccoli rabe), an entree (prime ribeye for 2 with braised vegetables), and completely indulged in dessert (salted caramel budino and vailla bean panna cotta). The prices for the quality of mealand service you get is completely reasonable. The manager stopped by during our meal to introduce himself and to make sure our meals were to our standards. The entire dining experience far exceeded our expectations.
