Service is the only thing holding this place from a 5.0. Easily one of the best 3 steak houses in Vegas. The truffle fries are amazing. Excellent wine selection as well.
Meat quality not up to the standards of this town. Ribeyes are only about an inch thick for $45, 10oz filet was flavorless and overdone – medium rare came out closer to medium well. Not impressed.
Great food with friendly service. Lovely setting and great service. Together with the very tasty ribeye and sea bass, worth a bit driving off the strip.
Just ok and not up to par for the price. I’ve dined at a number of nice steakhouses over the years for special occasions but Envy doesn’t quite make the cut.I was there celebrating a military promotion with my wife and let the reservationists know it was a special occasion when I made the reservation. However, no mention of this was ever made once we got there and were seated. The server was good, but not knowledgeable enough on the menu to make good recommendations and there were also no specials.$16 for an average martini – I know, it’s Vegas and a steakhouse but the sub-par performance of this place made me upset about it.Steak was good, but not incredible. They bring you this small dish of different salts to garnish your steak with and make a big deal about how they are from Hawaii and smoked in different ways. They pretty much tasted the same and didn’t complement the steak. The lobster mac and cheese was a little disappointing. Just a basic version and nothing special.Overall disappointing for the price. Not a bad place but they missed all the little things and attention to details with the service and food that make great steakhouses great. Watch out for the cocktails, they’ll lighten your wallet.
Superb. The service was excellent and the food was wonderful. If the shrimp would have been any bigger, they would have been Lobster tails! The steak was tender and delicious.Drink prices were ridiculous, but that is my only negative. I could have had four drinks anywhere else, for what I paid for two.
Great atmosphere, service, and food!. Dined here July 2012, we tried the Rock shrimp and calamari app- tasty but very large, Bone-in Rib-Eye served medium- tasty but a cut that is fatty, NY Strip medium-well- delicious leaner cut, and the truffle reggiano fries- ohh soo good for a french fry lover- enough to share. We also had a bottle of wine- many good choices between $30-$45. Our waiter was attentive, without being overbearing and was extremely knowledgeable of the menu and wines. This place had all the aspects of a nice restaurant. Beautiful decor, friendly staff, delicious food, and on a Thursday night quiet and intimate. We were celebrating a birthday on the night that we dined here and they provided a complimentary lava cake dessert and decorated the plate with Happy Birthday in chocolate. Highly recommend.Tip: go to restaurant.com and purchase a certificate- we bought one for $50 off our meal
Absolutely LOVE IT! Incredible steaks; rib eye was my favorite. Great service as well. It is expensive but worth it for a great dinner in a wonderfully elegant atmosphere. RECOMMENDED!
