This restaurant was top notch. In fact, its the best Italian food I have eaten in a very long time, and I was in Italy this past October. The lobster risotto was incredible. My boyfriend had the branzino and it was also delicious. We ended with the tiramisu! They also had a nice wine list. I loved it so much that I wanted to go back for lunch the next day. I met Chef Francesco and praised the food. What a great gem.
I have been here twice before and it was pretty good. This time I ordered the spaghetti and it was so bitter that I couldn’t even eat it. They still charged me for my meal which is totally unheard of in the restaurant industry. Will never come back.
This was near our hotel and thought we would try it out. We saw some people casual dress (jeans and cowboy boots or polos and jeans) so thought we would be ok. We walked in and got the up and down look .(we had nice jeans and shirt) We got seated and the waiter was very cold. We passesd on wine and thought we created a sin doing so. We didnt hear any specials for the night and when we asked a question, it seemed a bither to him. The server who filled water and cleared plates was so personable and wonderful that we tipped him more than our waiter. I watched as a few other tables appeared to get better service. It was our anniversary and it was a terrible experience. We said something to the manager at the end but he was not very sincere…what do I need to do was the response. REALLY? I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.:(
Recently visited, interested in their 50% off summer menu. Was greeted by the hostess,shown the summer menu before being seated. I was told that a 18% gratuity would be included. Which I agreed to.I placed my order, enjoyed a lovely glass of wine, salad and pasta. Food was fresh and fabulous. I requested my check, and saw that the discount was not given. When I inquired as to why, they informed me that I’d have to show my ID, since it only applies to residents. This was quite a shock! This never disclosed when I arrived. Upon my questioning thus, they offered a smaller discount of 25%. I must say I was not pleased.I cannot recommend this restaurant based on their changing their policy. Buyer beware!
