Hard to give 5 stars, one of the most uneven experiences we’ve had. Some of the food was exceptional (like the beef & cheese plate), some mediocre, and some was too cute (like the gran m flavored ice cream advertised as vanilla). Over waited to start, ignored at the finish, seemed more focused members than guests (great if you’re a member). Short wine list, but reasonably priced. Greek & Buddha statues co-mingled, weird wall facades, but great view, but only on the balcony if you looked left. Kicker: not good value, could have gone to any number of LV restaurants (on or off Strip) for better service, equal or better food at equal or better price. The view doesn’t add up enough to bridge that gap.

Perfect!!!!!!!!!!!. OMG, OMGI do not know where to start. FIRST: This place was absolutely wonderful!!!!!!!! I was given the opportunity to dine in this members only restaurant by Rose Dryden, she was very helpful. First I want to thank her.Second: Shout out to Danny was our server, he was wonderful!!!!! It was my Birthday, and he treated me like a queen. He was patient, did not rush us and let us relax and take our time with the meal. I told him how I enjoyed the meal and he went and brought out the chef. Third: Best Chef Ever. He appreciated our comments, and talked with us about the decor and spoke highly of the establishment. He was so sweet that he went back into the kitchen and fixed me a special Bananas Foster for my birthday dessert. It was so good, I could have licked the plate, but that would not have been proper, LOL.I have for years been dining at the Alize in the Palms, I love this place also. The view is similar and the food equally as delectable. The only difference is the price and the service. The Foundation room was less expensive, which is a plus, and the waiters do not fill your glass every time you take a sip. Sometimes to many waiters can make you feel rushed and it becomes a bit annoying. So if you want an excellent relaxed dinner with a perfect view of Las Vegas, this is the place. This was a 12 on a scale of 10.

A truly romantic dining experience highlighted by the fantastic view and eastern decor. I thought the service was great. We ordered the special plates–halibut for her and horseradish crusted beef tenderloin for me. Both were ‘okay’ but I would order a steak next time. Good selection of sides–the Mac n Cheese was delicious. Make sure u visit the club next door and enjoy the view!

Great setting, tasty appetizers. I was able to check out the Foundation Room on a recent Las Vegas trip, as my group of friends and I watched LSU destroy Texas A&M. They kept the cold beers (domestics) coming and served us several rounds of tasty appetizers. I particularly enjoyed the sliders and the Korean short-ribs. The view from the bar atop Mandalay Bay was stunning, and I’d recommend The Foundation Room to anyone looking for a place to watch a game in style in Vegas.

Atmosphere is great but our server was not up to parr… They had a new type of menu that was tapas based and if you don’t do that there isn’t many other choices.

Soul Food @ Blue Bar. Inside Mandalay Bay @hoblasvegas serves sandwiches, burgers and a few creole/cajun dishes but its mostly a novelty. The prices are outrageous and the food just ok. I’ve had better for less.Service was great and atmosphere in the bar very comfy and lots of stuff on the wall & ceiling to check out.

Awesome dining experience. Service and menu quite good, but a better steak to be had at Botero in encore. Stunning views of the strip in a private uncrowded non-scene setting. Will return again.
