Not worth the batter it was fried in.. I visited Vegas recently and made the unfortunate mistake of trying Fulton’s. Having fish and chips in Vegas might have been my first mistake (it is a desert after all); and maybe I can’t blame that on the restaurant. Growing up on the west coast of British Columbia, Canada I have had the pleasure of eating some amazing fish and chips; however, the fish I ate at Fulton’s was terrible. I imagine that most of their fish either comes from the Pacific or the Atlantic and is delivered frozen; hence, why it tasted tough, rubbery and previously frozen. Oh ya, and the batter was way too heavy and almost soggy in the middle. Well, if you are dying for fish and chips while in Vegas, maybe try somewhere else, or keep your expectations low.
