Just a BIG Hype. The food was not good. The waitress was not friendly and she didn’t introduce herself by telling us her name. I will never eat there again. The huge pickle that comes with the sandwich was dry. Don’t waste your money there.13 Apr, 2015None. I ordered the chili chesse fries. They were luke warm.
LOVE THIS PLACE!!. This was one of the best food places we ate on our whole trip. My Husband and I actually have travel to Las Vegas twice and have ended up eating at Gilley’s BBQ both times. It was great, it did not disappoint. The food is great, and we are from Texas so we know what is some good BBQ. The drinks are amazing, love the margarita. The service both times have been amazing, super nice servers and super funny. Both of the servers were friendly both times and would joke around with us as well. LOVE IT!! Will visit again next time.
You should be ashamed to call this BBQ. The ribs were so tough it was hard to pull them apart. Everything seemed like it was microwaved. Worst BBQ ever
Instead of sinking the ship, the pirates should aim for the restaraunt.The french fries and the water are good……..when you eventually get them. The burgers are dry and over cooked. The BBQ isn’t just bad, it is inedible.The service was extremely slow and very rude.

Good food. The BBQ shortrib was tender and slid off the bone. Loved the choice of 2 side dishes and the yummy tater tots. Good lunch-time service. I was a bit taken aback when the waitress commented ‘I can’t believe you finished that!’. But i quite enjoyed the food. Too full for dessert! foodpornjournal.com
