We reached our hotel Paris, LV at 3.00 am and were super hungry after the long flight. We got down and Hex was the first thing that caught our eye. We ordered a pizza and some cocktails and sat there for another hour just watching the happening strip area. The food was amazing and so was the ambience. I’d definitely recommend this and would like to visit again!

Exceptional. Beautiful restaurant with quick, attentive service. I had the Ghoccini which had a one-of-a-kind homemade texture. I also got the spinach and artichoke dip which I also really enjoyed. The ambiance of the restaurant was elegant. I was very pleased with my time spent at this restaurant. Looking forward to coming here again next time I come back to Vegas. Would recommend.
My husband & I ate here twice during our week stay, once for a late lunch and another for breakfast. As to lunch, our Server was Claudette who was fantastically fast in securing our lunch order quickly. I had a delicious club sandwich with a side salad which was great, even if they did not serve honey mustard on the side of my sandwich or for the side of fries that I ordered. I had catsup and mustard, which I made due with the fries. My husband really liked his Ham Pizza a lot.For breakfast, our Server was Juliet who sweetly convinced me to try the Cinaroll Waffle and Berries, which were so divine together, topped with Cream Cheese Topping!!! I also ordered a side of scrambled eggs that first came out as over easy but was sent back and returned quickly with the correct scrambled eggs! My husband had the Farm Fresh Eggs and loved every bite of his meal too!Both meals were very memorable and divine tasting!! Both Servers were equally wonderful too!.
I visited the Hexx bar way too early in the morning. They were setting up and I was looking for coffee. If your early enough, the Chocolate Shoppe will not be open, which meant we wandered into the bar itself. Cool looking place. Cannot really critique the place, but I can say that the bartender who helped us that very early morning was an expert at customer service.
Stopped in for some two for one drinks (courtesy of MyVegas Slots) and snacks to check out the place that was once The Sugar Factory Bar. All was good in my opinion and besides decor, an outside patio and a different cocktail menu…there were no other noticeable changes from the last time I stepped into this building.Ordered some spinach artichoke dip, a Barrel-Aged Chocolate Manhattan and a Mandarin Mule. The dip brought nothing new to the table in terms of flavor from other spinach artichoke dips I’ve had but was good nonetheless.The Barrel-Aged Chocolate Manhattan is where the party was. This cocktail was awesome! The chocolate infused Bourbon was strong and gave a nice aroma of chocolate and a hint of chocolate flavor. I’m not sure what role the sweet Vermouth might have played in this cocktail besides its inclusion of more alcohol. The more the better. This wasn’t a drink you’d take back fast and move on. This was to be enjoyed slowly and I most definitely enjoyed it with every sip. The Manderin Mule was the opposite as it was good but a drink I consumed faster. This was on the more tangier and sweet side with a ginger flavor.There was hungry friends back at the hotel so we ordered a custom topping pizza to go. A pepperoni, jalapeno and mushroom pizza that was delicious. There was also the Classic burger ordered by a friend who said it was delicious as well. I didn’t get to try it for myself but this friend hasn’t steered me wrong with good food so I’ll take his word for it.A pizza and that Manhattan is most definitely on my list to be ordered again at Hexx. I’ll be making my way through the cocktail menu for others to try but you better believe the Barrel-Aged Chocolate Manhattan is being ordered right by its side or free if Myvegas Slots Loyalty Points are used again.Visit Date 4/2/2016
Went to Hexx for breakfast. We sat outside in the shade which was lovely for to enjoy the weather and it was not yet too hot. They had a good amount of options for those of use who cannot carb load in the mornings. Daughter who is gluten free and I got the carnitas hash while the husband had the meat lovers omelette. Both where enjoyed by all. Hubby and I who are coffee snobs had a latte which was fairly good (notAs good as what we make ourselves at home with our Puerto Rican beans ). Would go back again.
