Excellent fixed menu for a group supper, was not privy to the final bill, but thinking of it makes me shudder. Working on eating in a healthy mode without sugar and flour; there were options here. Carpacio as an entree, I just stripped it off the nugget of bread. NY Strip expertly cooked to medium rare, served with 4 sauces (the bernaise rocked, the steak sauce was ok), the side dishes (asparagus and creamed spinach were great, although the truffled mashed potatoes were over whipped to a paste consistency. Am told that the bread was amazing. The desserts looked and smelled remarkable. Waiters were attentive to drink orders early in meal, but really slowed down for dessert and coffee delivery (all were done with dessert when coffee delivered), and check never arrived when I was there. Lovely setting, cool bathrooms.

The sides is not go with the steak. It will cost u another 15 dollar or more for one side. We ordered 2 steaks , 2 small glasses of wine (the cheaper one) and 2 sides . Our bill is 300 dollars with tip. I can take them only if the taste is very good. In fact, the taste so normal with this price . Do not waste ur money.

Fresh complex flavours – just WOW. Sea bass was heavenly. Also had on the plate a morel mushroom – whole. Great presentation & taste. Every kind of mashed potato you might imagine.
Just Ok!. I thought the food was just ok. Actually, for the price I was a bit disappointed. My steak was tender but I’ve just as good of steaks at much lesser priced restaurants.
The worst!. On recent visit to Las Vegas and stay at Vdara, our evening at Jean Georges Steakhouse was awful. The service, ambience (loud) and food was disappointing. No class to this restaurant, chipped tables, tattered tablecloths,minimal dcor on tables; waiters who seem to be disinterested. Ordered Caesarsalad that was not cold, crisp, soaked in dressing with too many little croutons and grated cheese, really? My filet was too salty to eat and the waiter took it to have another prepared only to have instructed the chef to pepper it! So much for a fine dining experience. Would not recommend this restaurant to anyone!
Outstanding. Tomato salad was a perfect starter. Great cuts of meat. Make sure you get the miso butter. Insane. Good wines by the glass.
