Surprisingly good. Maybe I’m a cynic but bright lights Vegas strip doesn’t seem to go well with the concept of tapas. Regardless of the ambiance (which was very much a Vegas Casino Hotel environment) the food was very much on point. I love hangar steak so I went for that first thing and do not regret it. The tuna stuffed eggs were creamy as well. Cocktails were well mixed and not terribly sweet.I could see myself coming back to this.
