This place is so LEGIT!!! Weve been to the similar place in Paris (St Germaine I think) and this is just as good. Every course was not only beautiful food porn but so delicious. My wife for the 12oz Wagyu ribeye and it melted on the tongue and the fried shizo(?) peppers were a nice companion to cut the fat. Decadence all the way around!
This was an exquisite experience, from the service to the amazing tastes. If you dine here, pay attention. Every detail in the food and how they serve you is carefully planned and executed. The balance of tastes are amazing. We sat at the tasting bar, which is recommended.Granted, this is the most we have ever spent on a meal, *ever*, and we did the full tasting menu, but it was a very special occasion. It was worth it, to us.I have read other reviews where you dont get much for your money here. Go somewhere else, if that is your goal.
Beautiful decor and excellent Michelin star food! We tried the degustation menu with venison for mains. The Foie Gras mousse with Parmesan foam which was a unique dish… we also had the tarts platter. The famous whipped potatoes were light and fluffy. We also enjoyed their meat and seafood selection. Cant really go wrong with a well-acclaimed Michelin star restaurant, quite a hefty sum to pay for it though
Beautiful food and ambiance. I had the snapper and it was absolutely perfect. The service is incredible. A perfect night out with great company.
This was my first dining experience at a Michelin star restaurant and I was left mind blown. The restaurant has a small seating and we were lucky enough to get a booking considering it was New Year’s week. We were seated at the bar and saw that tables were reserved for larger groups. But upon spending five minutes we realized these were the best seats on the block as you got a first hand view of the running of a Michelin start kitchen. The chef’s work station is totally opened to the diner and it gives great pleasure in watching food being prepared with such delicateness and charm. The bread basket is free and came with butter though some breads were a bit on on the harder side. We were started off with the amuse bouche which was foie gras reduction and parmesan foam and a glass of their rose wine. For appetizers we had the L’oeuf (soft fired eggs with smoked salmon) and Les Escargot (snails served with polenta). It was my first time trying snails and I wans’t the least bit put off with them – great preparation.Mains were Le Boeuf (braised beef cheek with red wine reduction served with mashed potatoes) and Le Homard (tagliatelle pasta with lobster). The former was cooked to perfection with a great flavour of wine running through. The latter was a frothy preparation reminding you of the sea with every bite. The dishes were balanced and flavourful. For dessert we selected Les Cafe but due to some error we were served Les Tartes. Upon mentioning the same to the waiter he let us enjoy the tarts while he prepared our order for us. The tarts were a mouthful with different selections. But what was truly amazing was the Coffee dessert with its impeccable presentation and flavour profile allowing all the nuances and textures that went into it to collectively make a bang on dessert. grubafare.wordpress.com
Expect the unexpected. Everything is a surprise. Each and every plate is masterfully crafted. Every plate is something you can’t duplicate at home. This is your splurge night in Las Vegas. This is a one star Michelin Restaurant that offers counter service and tapas style tasting menus. They start everyone off with an Amuse Bouche, fresh baked breads and French Butter.Everything I tried was extraordinary. It’s just the best food I ever had anywhere. Everything is so detailed and layered. This one dish called L’Oeuf had a tiny soft fried quail egg on top of amazing house smoked salmon and was topped with tiny micro crisp nest of noodles and sat on top of a micro salad that tasted very special. The Le Boeuf is the best tenderloin with eggplant skewers. The Pommes Puree is amazing and the desserts are heavenly. It’s just the very best there is anywhere so we ate here twice!
