Considering that most restaurants in Vegas have servers at your beck and call, I guess I have been spoiled. With that said we have been sitting here with empty plates in front of us for 20 minutes and no wait staff are in sight. The food is meh. I wish I would have spent my money elsewhere. It satisfies my hunger but that is about it.Update: waitress lost our credit card and tried to blame us. Wouldnt really look for it since she said she had to serve food. It wasnt until my spouse went to search himself that it was found. Really shady. Watch your wallets.
This place was a huge disappointment to my wife and I. We decided to have breakfast here despite their ridiculously overpriced menu, giving the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and hoping that we’d get what we paid for. All we received for our $50 breakfast was mediocre food and terrible service. The staff moved with no sense of purpose, we were seated for fifteen minutes before a waiter even greeted us to take our drink order. I ordered a custom omelet with a side bacon, I couldn’t believe how bland my meal tasted. I’ve never been disappointed with bacon ever but theirs truly sucked, and the omelette was horrible. My wife ordered the St. Louis Signature which was also wildly mediocre, the potatoes were the best part of her meal, even the toast sucked. So, back to the lousy service, the waitress brought our check which we’d waited and unusual length of time to receive, I put my card in the check book with the card sticking out so she’d know the payment was ready to be made, just like the rest of our dining experience this is the point where we are ignored for an extended period of time, we actually watched the wait staff socializing together in another part of the restaurant. Finally, I just took my payment out of the book and had my meal billed to my room. Oh and I didn’t tip anything just for that reason alone. Once we stood up and proceeded to leave she was quick approach us, she was probably thinking we didn’t pay. We will never done here again!
