Nice simulated Italian Atmosphere in the Venetian Hotel Casino on the Las Vegas Strip. This is an Italian Seafood Restaurant that uses coal to smoke much of the food. The Italian Bread here is AMAZING……..(my favorite part of the meal). Swiss Chard Pasta was very good, the Bronzino is a large portion with a little coal smoke taste…..slightly dry but good. My husbands Veal Osso Bocco tasted good but was slightly dry over crunchy dry risotto……Maybe they are better at times depending on who is cooking.
