My husband and I visited on a weekend evening for dinner with no booking and were quickly accommodated in a comfortable and private booth. The service was good but the waiter did hover a bit to start with until he figured out we really just wanted to relax and eat in peace (a rarity when you have a small child who was safely ensconced upstairs with a nanny while we were at dinner on this particular night!). Once he remained in the background a bit more we had a thoroughly enjoyable night as the restaurant itself is really quite nice inside and it was quiet night ideal for conversation and plenty of wine.Food-wise Mr Doe and I shared the cheese fondue for starters, unexciting but tasty enough and good to pick at while waiting for your main without filling up. For mains Mr Doe had the roasted morel-rubbed chicken with spinach and fingerling potatoes; the chicken was well cooked and the marinade of spices tasty but the sides were a little uninspiring. Myself I went for the 18-hour braised short rib with potato pure, lardons, caramelised pearl onions and baby carrots; the meat melted in your mouth and the sauce it was served with was excellent. For dessert we then shared a trio of crme brles which came in vanilla, caramel and pistachio; these were enjoyable but not the best crme brle I’ve ever had, the pistachio was the best of the three though. We also shared a pretty good drop of wine over dinner, however, the wine as well as the food was on the pricey end of the scale for what it is.

It may be ok if you ever actually get food. We walked out on a Sunday 30 minutes after ordering 1 order of crepes, one omelet, and one side of toast. The place was nearly empty when we were there, perhaps for good reason. Even though the place was nearly empty the waitress, who came by just once stated they were very busy and so it was taking a while. We will never go back. Everything at the Venetian/Palazzo was sub par compared to other nearby properties and Morela was no exception.
Egggcellent Breakfast. I didn’t eat the eggs, but my daughtered ordered an omelette and loved it. I had the mascarpone banana stuffed french toast. Delicious!!! That is the item to order. The patio was nice, other than the pigeons flying in every once in a while. We really enjoyed it.
Average steak, delicious sides, but typical Vegas- good food, good service, and about 30% more cost than it is worth, but that’s the atmosphere cost.
Perfection. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast here near the end of our stay. Highly recommended for either time of day. A restaurant that takes dining seriously, with truly superb service from our waiter (Tino). On the breakfast menu, the marscapone stuffed french toast is to die for, but the Norwegian salmon and eggs with spinach was delicious. On the dinner menu, we started with a cheese fondue and ended with 3 flavor creme brulee (mouth watering). Our entrees were equally satisfying. We have already scheduled our next trip to Vegas with time set aside for Morels (and we will ask for Tino).
Amazing meatloaf and burgers. Outdoor seating is a big plus.
