Had a great dining experience at Morimoto after a long trip with connecting flights and layovers . Service was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, thanks to my server Aria. My food was served quickly which was great as I just wanted to eat and get back to my hotel room to catch up on some sleep. The waygu beef caparccio was super tasty I normally prefer my carpaccio raw and this was quite seared but I didnt mind because it was sooooo deliciously tasty. For entrees I had the blackened cod, my servers suggestion and it was a great choice. When the cod arrived at my table I thought that I was going to need to order some sides but it turned out to be quite filling.
