I had dinner here while on vacation in Vegas , as we were heading to a show in New York New York.Its an Irish style pub located near the slot floor at the hotel. To be perfectly honest it was a bit of a default choice as I find the food options at the MGM end of the Strip leave something to be desired. The ambiance is what youd expect from a pub style restaurant, dark wood, on the loud side, mood lighting. The service is up to Strip standards, as youd expect given the amount of competition; no complaints. They were prompt polite and professional. Food was reasonably quick from the kitchen and was well prepared. Overall quality was fine but didnt stand out – its not bad but its not outstanding either and there are a ton of options on the Strip so its a cutthroat business and there so many choices.Value wise it was in the park for the Strip – about $100 for two with apps mains and bar and tip. Not bad.Overall its fine and aside from a great meal at the Luxor its the best Ive had at this end of the Strip. That said, Id tell you to head up to the other end if you asked me.
