The Steakhouse at Circus Circus is passable, but I’ve had better steak meals in many other places. I asked for my steak medium-rare and it was medium to medium well. As I was in a group of 7, I did not send it back since that would have made everyone uncomfortable. In fairness, 5 of the 7 steaks were cooked perfectly. The prices are on the high side, but you definitely get a lot of food. The main courses include soup or a salad, the meat, a vegetable and a potato or rice. The steaks are huge and nicely seasoned. The wine list was decent. I did not think it was very classy to pour the water from plastic bottles – a little tacky for a high end restaurant. Not bad at all, just not great.

I had the filet mignon and my husband had a huge ribeye, both came out cooked perfectly and had a great taste. Everywhere you go on the Las Vegas strip you are going to pay at least $50 for a good steak, but here it also includes the sides. At some of the other restaurants we have been visited you pay for your steak and your sides are extra. Worth the trip through Circus Circus to find this hidden gem!
