The ambiance and the service were 5 stars! The food was 4. It was great don’t get me wrong, but for the money to dine here I wanted excellent. We sat inside and had a fantastic view of the fountains. The decor is beautiful with a perfect balance of dark rich tones, fabric and reflective accents for it to feel high end and Chicago steak house like, but elegant and female friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance. John was our waiter and he was a seasoned professional that definitely added to the experience. Great recommendations, poise and care throughout the entire experience. There’s a team in place to oversee the experience, but he’s the lead and he was flawless in his execution! The bread basket is 5 star worthy! Sourdough bread was one of the best we’ve ever had! Pretzel rolls and a raisin nut bread were all scrumptious!!! Tomato soup was highly rated and the wedge was simple and classic (this is an easy to overdo salad in my opinion) with a little spicy kick to the dressing which I loved! The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was delicious on its own, but the mango sauce was not enjoyed. The filet was well executed here and the potatoes gratin scored the best potato dish ever for one member of the party. They are served in a small cast iron skillet and the crust achieved on the top crunches when you break through it and is fantastic! The mac and cheese was classic and wonderful and yet just enough different with a richer blend of cheeses to make it more of an adult mac and cheese with the nostalgic base. Both sides were two thumbs up! On recommendation we shared a bread pudding for dessert. The presentation of this is awesome. Its served in a chocolate cinnamon dome that is lit and then melts into a sauce all around the bread pudding. The bread pudding itself is rich and tasty and classically wonderful. The chocolate cinnamon sauce was a little too much for us. But the presentation was really cool and the bread pudding itself is delicious! The hostess Erica was fantastic! We appreciated her care and attention! Truly delightful! We will definitely be back!

I would give it more than a 5 if possible. Everything was perfect. The room was beautiful with a view of the fountains possible from most tables. The waitstaff was perfect- efficient, charming, helpful, professional – everything I want from a waiter. We had the steak tartare and carpaccio. Both were as smooth as butter. Both of us ordered the dry aged rib-eye and shared the fingerling potatoes with bacon, onion marmalade. Just incredible. The bill was more than a month’s rent on our first apartment but worth every cent.

Excellent meal! Only suggestion is to provide prices to guests when explaining the specials. Might have changed my order if I’d known the rice side dish was $44. But it’s equally my fault for not asking I guess. Overall, highly recommended!

Wonderful, delicious, perfect, fabulous. Expensive but very much worth it. I believe this is the best fine dining experience in Vegas. The caviar service was perfect, our waiter was a sweetheart, the steaks were perfect, the truffle mashed potatoes and potato gratin were delicious. The coconut souffl was also perfect. Our lovely waiter even brought our family a complementary dessert! ( we were celebrating ) Oh and the location is perfect too! The only bad thing one must prepare for is the cold, unwelcoming hostesses. But once you get past them-it’s wonderful!

May have been the best Steak I’ve ever had. The waiter was excellent also. Very pricey but worth it for a treat.
