Conveniently located in The Luxor where I was staying. Situated near the poker machines (no escaping them wherever you are in the casino) and seemed like a decent breakfast option that wasn’t a buffet.Service was lovely and I was quickly seated and my order taken. I went with The Benedict (two fresh poached eggs & canadian bacon served on an english muffin with hollandaise sauce & hash browns) and a Fresh Brewed Iced Tea. The benedict was lovely and nicely poached flowing yellow egg yolks. I noticed that American egg yolks are much more yellow than the traditional Australian orange egg yolks. It had a delicious flavour to the dish and even got a bonus mini orange muffin too. The tea was unsweetened so you can add as much sugar to it as you like.
Pyramid Cafe is located in the Luxor hotel and is ok if you need a quick breakfast without going far if your staying in the hotel. I would go out of my way if I were staying elsewhere however. I had the breakfast club sandwich with hashbrowns. It was all a lot more greasy than I would care for but was an alright stop for a quick bite after a night out.
