Lovely setting to dine in with super attentive wait staff. Smaller portions of great taste and quality, with every bite just melting away. Take the leap and have some absinthe to cap off your dinner experience. Inside felt a million miles away from the bustle of the Vegas strip which was just perfect!Make sure you go to the bathroom too, the wall tiles are awesome!
Smaller portion but very good food. Artichoke salad and rabbit entree were excellent. The setting was very comfortable. I have been seated at the bar so I cannot comment about the dinning area. The portion are good for someone looking for a light meal but the quality was more than made up for. My servers were very attentive and helpful. This is a place I will go back again.
I highly recommend the Chef’s tasting menu + wine pairings. You will not be disappointed! It was without a doubt, my favourite meal on my whole trip!
The sommelier refused to sell a by-the-glass wine at our table for bottle service– even when specifically requested. And pushed me off to a lesser wine. I was disappointed in his recommendation. Very poor customer service. The duck was delicious. It would have been better with the wine of my choice.
Me and my wife ate here while visiting vegas. Amazing architecture, great service, and food to die for. Enjoyed the 5 course chefs tasting menu. Very very good food. The best scallop ive ever eaten. Excellet wagyu beef. Top shelf.
We were there just because of Restaurant Week. It looked like a bar when we looked from outside but you can’t see the dining area. It was less busy than what I expect (when I compare to the Dine Out Vancouver). Our server did not offer the Restaurant Week menu until we asked for it. It happened to the other tables too.amuse bouche (Duck tartare with cream cheese and pickled grape) 3.5/5 – better than my expectation. First time to try duck tartare but I liked it. The picked grape was good too.GRILLED SUMMER PLUMS 4.5/5 – The plums/peach/apricots were sweet. Crunchy bacon (more like bacon or pork fat than pork belly to me). Totally mixed well with the pecansMAINE DIVER SEA SCALLOPS 4.5/5 – 3 giant scallops. They were gigantic and well (under)cooked. Seared with rare inside. BRAISED BEEF SHANK 3/5 – too small when we compare to the Scallops. 4oz at most?!COCONUT AND KEY LIME FLOAT 3/5 – They pour the foamed soda in front of you. The lime soda was too sour. I didn’t find that they were matched.FUNNEL CAKE 4/5 – reminded me of the Chinese egg/bubble waffle. Not too sweet. Came with vanilla ice-cream.Hot chocolate soup with cayenne pepper 4/5 – complementary! It was too sweet for me but the others really enjoyed it. There was a kick when you get to the bottom.Dining on the Strip has at least 50% markup. We were only because of the $50 special. We would have picked the $89 tasting menu without the Restaurant Week (more likely we wouldn’t have come). It was okay but not good enough for me to come back any time soon.
Very good. Every thing was masterfully created and featured very fine ingredients. A few of the dishes we tried were done with molecular gastronomy. Our appetizers were interesting and different. We both enjoyed the dinners very much the salmon and the short rib were very good. The only plate I didn’t care for was the corn dessert because it lacked sweetness but I note other people might like that.
